Germany Is Calling For A Successful Global Warming Prevention Plan

Germany is one of the many countries which is becoming worried about the rapid rate at which the earth’s temperature has risen. Their Minister of the Environment has warned that Germany must implement a global warming prevention plan if they are to be protected from the destructive forces of global warming.

Berlin houses the headquarters of the German Federal Environment Agency (UBA) where the countries major environmental initiatives are being devised. The UBA wants to coordinate energy use and require people to use more energy sources which are renewable and appliances which are more energy efficient. They also want to have better flood warning systems because they claim floods are related to the rise of global temperatures.

Germany also plans to use a global warming prevention plan to not get harmed by the social and economic changes which are sure to take place as a result of global warming emergencies. Some people claim that in the absence of global warming prevention plans the temperature in Germany would rise by at least two to five degrees Celsius.

They also claim that this makes it important to enforce the policies outlined in a global warming prevention plan. These people also claim that if the temperature rises any more than that there will be consequences of a catastrophic nature. On the other hand if a good global warming prevention plan is implemented the sea levels will not rise thirty to fifty feet during the next century and the effects which have already happened may be reversed.

Germany wants to lead the way and help save other countries as well. Research is being done all around the globe so that global warming prevention plans can be developed. Many have taken the message to the general citizenry to teach every individual that global warming is something that must be stopped and reversed as soon as possible.

Luckily, many people are getting the message and spreading it to others -- not many people exist who have not heard of global warming. Many countries are now developing global warming prevention plans to halt temperature increases, flooding, and other problems. Some are doing this so that tourism and other industries won’t be harmed.

Some of the information the global warming experts are dispersing include warnings about the earth’s deserts becoming even dryer and water becoming scarcer. Some say that without global warming prevention plans things are going to quickly become even worse.

Some global warming prevention plans include switching to from coal and gas to solar and geothermal energy sources. If this is done global warming will rapidly improve.
